[Supplement]
1 Section 3 of the Debt Collection Act is amended
(a) in subsections (1) and (3) by adding "or renewal of" after "An application for", and
(b) by repealing subsection (4) and substituting the following:
(4) A licence expires on
(a) the anniversary date of its issue, or
(b) a date specified by the director, which must be no later than 2 years after the anniversary date of the licence's issue.
