B.C. Reg. 4/2003, deposited January 17, 2003, pursuant to the FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT [Section 14 (2)] and the INSURANCE CORPORATION ACT [Section 17 (2)]. Treasury Board Regulation dated December 12, 2002.
Treasury Board orders that, effective March 31, 2003,
(a) the Permitted Cost of Administering Road Tests Regulation, B.C. Reg. 42/2000 is repealed, and
(b) the following regulation is made:
PERMITTED COSTS OF ADMINISTERING DRIVERS' TEST AND MISSED
TEST FEES IN MOTOR VEHICLE FEES REGULATION
1 For the purposes of section 17 (1) of the Insurance Corporation Act, the permitted costs of services in the Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/91, are
(a) the entire amount of the drivers' test fee the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia collects under item 4 (b) (ii) (B) for providing those services,
(b) the entire amount of the drivers' test fee the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia collects under item 4 (b) (vii) (B) (II) for providing those services, and
(c) the entire amount of the missed test fee the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia collects under item 4 (b) (vii) to (xi) for providing those services. — G. COLLINS, Chair, Treasury Board.
