On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the provisions referred to in section 550 (6) of the Community Charter Transitional Provisions, Consequential Amendments and Other Amendments Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 52, is brought into force on January 1, 2004. — G.
