I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

(a) the reserves established by orders in council 585/53 and 586/53 and B.C. Regs. 75/58, 282/71, 235/72, 442/74, 18/77, 368/78, 75/81, 41/87, 145/87, 134/90, 58/92, 304/94 and 447/95 are cancelled and the orders and regulations repealed, and

(b) the regulations listed in the schedule to this order are amended as indicated in that schedule.

Schedule

1 B.C. Reg. 448/82 is amended by adding "excepting Schedules A to G to that regulation" after "Sechelt Inlets Marine Recreation Area".

2 B.C. Reg. 91/93 is amended by deleting the following sites from Schedule A, and by deleting the corresponding sketches:

BABINE RIVER

Omineca Mining Division

Cassiar Land District;

BEAR GLACIER PASS

Skeena Mining Division

Cassiar Land District;

CATHERINE CREEK

3 B.C. Reg. 179/93 is amended

(i) by cancelling the reserves established over the following sites and deleting the corresponding sketches:

CLAYOQUOT SOUND — SITES 7, 8, 9;

CLAYOQUOT SOUND — SITE 11, and

(ii) by adding the sketch, attached to this order, for the following site:

CLAYOQUOT SOUND — SITE 7.

4 B.C. Reg. 263/93 is amended by deleting the following sites from Schedule A, and by deleting the corresponding sketches:

TRANQUILLE WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

Kamloops Mining Division

Kamloops Division of Yale Land District.

UPPER CARIBOO RIVER WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA

Cariboo Mining Division

5 B.C. Reg. 264/93 is amended

(i) in Schedule A, by deleting the following sites:

Site 1 — Swan Lake Forest Wilderness Area

Omineca and Skeena Mining Divisions
Cassiar Land District;

Site 2 — Upper/Lower Stein Forest Wilderness Area

Kamloops Mining Division
Kamloops Division of Yale Land District;

and by deleting the corresponding sketches, and

(ii) in Schedule A, by adding the following site:

Site 2 — Upper Stein Forest Wilderness Area

Kamloops Mining Division
Kamloops Division of Yale Land District,

and by adding the corresponding sketch, attached to this order.

6 B.C. Reg. 165/94 is amended by deleting the following site from Schedule A, and by deleting the corresponding sketch:

7 B.C. Reg. 284/96 is amended by deleting the following from Schedule A, and by deleting the corresponding sketches:

JUAN DE FUCA TRAIL — SITES 1-4

All those parcels or tracts of land together with all that foreshore or lands covered by water as shown outlined and hatched on the attached sketches.
