Reg. 7/2004, deposited January 23, 2004, pursuant to the FOREST AND RANGE PRACTICES ACT [Sections 141 and 176], FOREST AND RANGE PRACTICES AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [Section 116], FORESTS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2), 2003 [Section 31] and the ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNALS APPOINTMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ACT [Section 70]. Order in Council 14/2004, approved and ordered January 22, 2004.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders, effective January 31, 2004, as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix
1 The Forest and Range Practices Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 69, except section 135 (1) and (2), is brought into force.
2 Sections 5, 7, 9, 10 (b), 11, 12 and 13 of the Forests Statutes Amendment Act (No. 2), 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 56, are brought into force.
3 The following provisions of the Forest and Range Practices Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 55, are brought into force:
(a) sections 1 to 16, 18 to 75;
(b) section 76, except the portion of section 76 that amends sections 12 and 22 (d), (e) and (g) of the Forest Act;
(c) sections 78 and 79;
(d) section 80, except the portion of section 80 that amends sections 41 (g) and 42 (2) (b) (ii) and (iv) and (c) (iii) (D) and (3) (e) of the Forest Act;
(e) section 82, except the portion of section 82 that amends section 51 (2) (a) (ii) and (c);
(f) section 83 (a) and (d);
(g) section 84, except the portion of section 84 that amends sections 78 (1) (a) (iii) and (c) and 81 (1) (b) (ii) and (iv), (3) (c) and (5) (d);
(h) sections 87 to 91;
