B.C. Reg. 29/2004, deposited February 2, 2004, pursuant to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 62/2004, approved and ordered January 30, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) the Sliammon AIP Designated Area Regulation, B.C. Reg. 45/2002, is repealed, and

(b) it being in the public interest, Crown land outlined in heavy black on the attached map is specified as the Sliammon AIP Designated Area under section 169 of the Forest Act for the period ending December 31, 2005.
