On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following regulation is made:

HEALTH CARE FACILITY DESIGNATION REGULATION

Facility designation

1 For the purposes of section 2 (b) of the Health Sector Partnerships Agreement Act, the following health care facilities are designated:

Abbotsford Hospital and Cancer Centre as referred to in a Request for Proposals dated November 2003 and issued by Partnerships British Columbia Inc. for and on behalf of Abbotsford Hospital and Cancer Centre Inc.
