B.C. Reg. 34/2004, deposited February 2, 2004, pursuant to the WILDLIFE ACT [Section 108 (2)]. Order in Council 74/2004, approved and ordered January 30, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2004, the Angling and Scientific Collection Regulation, B.C. Reg. 125/90, is amended by repealing section 12 (1) and substituting the following:

(1) The successful applicant for a licence to guide for fish must pay the applicable fee as follows:

(a) for an angling guide: $400 plus a conservation surcharge of $50, plus $1 per day plus a conservation surcharge of $10 per day for each guided angler day allocated to that angling guide;

(b) for an assistant angling guide: $130 plus a conservation surcharge of $20;

(c) for an increase in angler day quota through transfer from another guide: $300.
