B.C. Reg. 37/2004, deposited February 2, 2004, pursuant to the WILDLIFE ACT [Section 108 (2) (g)]. Order in Council 77/2004, approved and ordered January 30, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Wildlife Act Permit Regulation, B.C. Reg. 253/2000, is amended effective April 1, 2004

(a) by repealing section 1 of Schedule 2 and substituting the following:

1 The fee for a permit issued under section 2 (h) is $100 and the habitat conservation trust fund surcharge to be paid is $10. , and

(b) by repealing Schedule 3 and substituting the attached Schedule 3.

1 For the purposes of sections 18 and 23 (2), (3) and (6), the fee set out in Column 3 and the surcharge set out in Column 4 must be paid for a permit issued under the section set out in Column 1 generally or for the wildlife, purpose or method specified in Column 2, if any, of the following table:

For an expedited request the amount that must be paid for a permit is double the fee set out in Column 3 and double the surcharge set out in Column 4.
