B.C. Reg. 39/2004, deposited February 5, 2004, pursuant to the COURT RULES ACT [Section 1]. Order in Council 113/2004, approved and ordered February 4, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, made after consultation with the Chief Justice of British Columbia, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Court of Appeal Rules, B.C. Reg. 297/2001, are amended as follows:

1 Part 4 of Form 9 is repealed and the following substituted:

· Part 4 — NOTICE OF APPEAL or NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL and ORDER granting leave

A copy of the document that initiated the appeal and a copy of the entered order granting leave, if available, or, if no copy of the entered order is available, a blank page in which the copy of the entered order can be inserted once available.

2 Form 14 is amended by adding the following after "Estimate of the Respondent(s)...........................................................":

I undertake to pay all hearing fees payable under Appendix C, Schedule 1, Item 6 of the Supreme Court Rules.
