On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that sections 10 to 13 and 23 to 25 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 3), 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 96, are brought into force by this regulation.
