B.C. Reg. 44/2004, deposited February 13, 2004, pursuant to the LIVESTOCK ACT [Section 20 (2)]. Order in Council 124/2004, approved and ordered February 13, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C. Reg. 66/81, the Pound Districts Regulation, is amended by

1. deleting "Subject to subsection (3)," from section 3 (2);

2. deleting section 3 (3); and

3. deleting section 4.
