B.C. Reg. 45/2004, deposited February 13, 2004, pursuant to the ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNALS APPOINTMENT AND ADMINISTRATION ACT [Section 70] and the HOSPITAL ACT [Sections 46 and 56]. Order in Council 125/2004, approved and ordered February 13, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(a) sections 1 to 30, 32 to 42, 45 (b), 49 to 58, 61 to 65 and 67 to 69 of the Administrative Tribunals Appointment and Administration Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 47, are brought into force, and

(b) the Hospital Act Regulation, B.C. Reg. 121/97 is amended

(i) in section 1 in the definition of "Hospital Appeal Board" by striking out "established under section 9." and substituting "continued under section 46 of the Act.", and

(ii) by repealing section 9.
