B.C. Reg. 48/2004, deposited February 17, 2004, pursuant to the PUBLIC SECTOR PENSION PLANS ACT [Section 13]. Regulation of College Pension Board of Trustees, dated February 11, 2004.

The College Pension Board of Trustees orders that the College Pension Plan Post Retirement Group Benefit Regulation, B.C. Reg. 490/2003, is amended, effective April 1, 2004, as follows:

1 Section 6 (2) to (4) is repealed and the following substituted:

(2) The payment of the premium under subsection (1) must be funded by deducting from the retired plan member's pension a monthly contribution of 100% of the premium.

2 Section 8 (2) is repealed.

3 Section 9 (1) is amended by striking out "6 (3) or (4)," and substituting "6 (2)".
