B.C. Reg. 49/2004, deposited February 17, 2004, pursuant to the PUBLIC SECTOR PENSION PLANS ACT [Section 13]. Regulation of College Pension Board of Trustees, dated February 17, 2004.

The College Pension Board of Trustees orders that the College Pension Plan Regulation, B.C. Reg. 95/2000, is amended, effective March 1, 2004, as follows:

1 Section 5 is amended

(a) in subsection (1) (a) by striking out "6.25%" and substituting "6.16%",

(b) in subsection (1) (b) by striking out "7%" and substituting "6.91%",

(c) in subsection (1) (c) by striking out "1%" and substituting "1.09%",

(d) in subsection (1.1) (a) by striking out "4.5%" and substituting "4.41%",

(e) in subsection (1.1) (b) by striking out "6.0%" and substituting "5.91%", and

(f) in subsection (1.1) (c) by striking out "1%" and substituting "1.09%".

2 Section 6 is amended

(a) in subsection (1) (a) by striking out "6.25%" and substituting "6.16%",

(b) in subsection (1) (b) by striking out "7%" and substituting "6.91%",

(c) in subsection (1) (c) by striking out "1%" and substituting "1.09%",

(d) in subsection (1.1) (a) by striking out "4.5%" and substituting "4.41%",

(e) in subsection (1.1) (b) by striking out "6.0%" and substituting "5.91%", and

(f) in subsection (1.1) (c) by striking out "1%" and substituting "1.09%".
