B.C. Reg. 51/2004, deposited February 17, 2004, pursuant to the BUDGET TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT [Section 24 (1)]. Order in Council 138/2004, approved and ordered February 17, 2004.
On the recommendation of the undersigned and on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance after consultation with the Auditor General, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 1 of the Exemption Regulation, B.C. Reg. 27/2002, is amended
(a) in the list of exempted organizations by adding "Creston Valley Wildlife Management Authority" immediately below "Canadian Blood Services",
(b) in the list of exempted organizations, by striking out "BC Pavillion Corporation", "British Columbia Heritage Trust", "Fisheries Renewal BC" and "Forest Renewal BC",
(c) by renumbering the section as section 1 (1), and
(d) by adding the following subsection:
(2) British Columbia Railway Company and Organized Crime Agency of British Columbia are exempted from the application of section 13 [service plans] of the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act.
