I, Bill Barisoff, Minister of Provincial Revenue, make the following regulation.

INTEREST RATE REGULATION

For the purposes of sections 8 and 9 of the Land Tax Deferment Act, the interest rate for the six-month period beginning April 1, 2004, shall be 2.5 per cent per annum.
