B.C. Reg. 61/2004, deposited February 27, 2004, pursuant to the AGRICULTURE, FISHERIES AND FOOD STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 [Section 26]. Order in Council 164/2004, approved and ordered February 26, 2004.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, April 1, 2004, the following provisions of the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food Statutes Amendment Act, 1997, S.B.C. 1997, c. 14, are brought into force by this regulation:
(a) the portion of section 1 that enacts the definitions of "auctioneer", "farmer", "game", "operator", "public sale" and "public sale yard";
(b) the portion of section 2 that enacts section 18.1 (1) (a) and (2) of the Animal Disease Control Act;
(c) the portion of section 3 that enacts section 19 (2.1) (b), (c) concerning an auctioneer or operator, and (d) of the Animal Disease Control Act;
(d) the portion of section 4 (a) that enacts section 20 (2) (u), (v), (z.1), (z.2), (z.3) concerning operators and auctioneers, and (z.4) of the Animal Disease Control Act;
(e) section 21.
