B.C. Reg. 64/2004, deposited February 27, 2004, pursuant to the BUSINESS CORPORATIONS ACT [Section 447], BUSINESS CORPORATIONS AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [Section 305] and the BUSINESS CORPORATIONS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2), 2003 [Section 63]. Order in Council 200/2004, approved and ordered February 26, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 29, 2004, the following Acts are brought into force by this regulation:

(a) the Business Corporations Act, S.B.C. 2002, c. 57;

(b) the Business Corporations Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 70;

(c) the Business Corporations Amendment Act (No. 2), 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 71.
