On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2004, sections 2, 3, 31, 32 and 34 through 37 of the the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 7, are brought into force.
