B.C. Reg. 77/2004, deposited March 2, 2004, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated February 27, 2004.
I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that
(a) the reserves established by B.C. Regs. 274/70, 20/72, 32/72, 164/72, 269/87, 34/88, 408/92, 179/93, 64/95, 112/95, 206/95, 195/98 and 257/99 are cancelled and the regulations repealed, and
(b) the regulations listed in the schedule to this order are amended as indicated in that schedule.

Schedule
1 B.C. Reg. 91/93 is amended by deleting the following site from Schedule A, and by deleting the corresponding sketch:

2 B.C. Reg. 229/90 is amended by canceling the reserve established over the following site and deleting the corresponding sketch:
BARKERVILLE PARK
3 B.C. Reg. 263/93 is amended by deleting the following sites from Schedule A, and by deleting the corresponding sketches:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.
BUTTLE LAKE
All that parcel or tract of land together with all that land covered by water, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of Block 126, being a point on the westerly boundary of the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway Land Grant, thence northerly along the easterly boundary of said Block 126 to the southerly boundary of Block 1012, thence easterly, northerly, westerly, southerly, easterly, southerly, easterly, southerly, easterly, southerly and westerly along the southerly, easterly, northerly, and westerly boundaries of said Block 1012 to the natural boundary of Buttle Lake on the easterly shore thereof, thence northerly along the said natural boundary of Buttle Lake and the natural boundary of Upper Campbell Lake on the easterly shore thereof to the northerly boundary of that part of Block 121 lying to the east of said Buttle and Upper Campbell Lakes, thence easterly 82 chains more or less along said boundary and beyond to the easterly boundary of the watershed of said Upper Campbell Lake, thence in a general southeasterly direction along the said boundary and the easterly boundary of the watershed of said Buttle Lake to the aforesaid westerly boundary of the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railway Land Grant, thence northwesterly along said boundary to the aforesaid southeast corner of Block 126, being the point of commencement.
