B.C. Reg. 78/2004, deposited March 4, 2004, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated March 2, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that B.C. Reg. 60/2004 is amended in sections 2 and 3 by striking out "for a period of 15 days from the date of deposit of this Regulation with the Registrar of Regulations.", and substituting "until April 6, 2004.".
