B.C. Reg. 82/2004, deposited March 8, 2004, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22] and the COAL ACT [Section 26]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated March 4, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

1 A reserve is established for minerals and placer minerals over the following lands in the Nanaimo Mining Division, Rupert Land District:

All those parcels or tracts of land together with all that foreshore or lands covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketches.

2 A free miner may locate or record a mineral or placer claim in the reserve established by section 1 subject to the conditions listed in section 3.

3 A free miner must not obstruct, endanger or interfere with or allow any other person to obstruct, endanger or interfere with the construction, operation or maintenance of a wind turbine project listed in the reserved established in section 1.

4 The areas listed in section 1 are established as a coal land reserve, and the conditions listed in section 3 apply to the coal land reserve.

Pursuant to section 6 of the Regulations Act, I hereby exempt from publication the sketches attached to B.C. Reg. 82/2004.
