I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that B.C. Reg. 72/2002 is amended in Schedule A by repealing:

URE CREEK HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT

Lillooet Mining Division
Lillooet Land District

and its accompanying sketch; and substituting:

URE CREEK (MKW'ALTS CREEK) HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT

Lillooet Mining Division
Lillooet Land District

and the sketch attached to this regulation.
