On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 24, 2004, sections 1 to 18 of the Accountants (Chartered) Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 67, are brought into force by this regulation.
