B.C. Reg. 88/2004, deposited March 12, 2004, pursuant to the ADVANCED EDUCATION STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [Section 45]. Order in Council 224/2004, approved and ordered March 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 12, 2004, sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 15, 16, 19, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40 of the Advanced Education Statutes Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 48, are brought into force by this regulation.
