B.C. Reg. 89/2004, deposited March 12, 2004, pursuant to the ASSESSMENT ACT [Section 74 (1)]. Order in Council 243/2004, approved and ordered March 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Railway Right of Way Valuation Criteria Regulation, B.C. Reg. 326/96, is amended as follows:

1 Section 1 (a) is amended by striking out "as authenticated by courts of revision on the assessment rolls" and substituting "as contained in the revised assessment rolls".

2 Section 2 (a) is amended by striking out "as authenticated by courts of revision on the assessment rolls" and substituting "as contained in the revised assessment rolls".

3 Section 3 (a) is amended by striking out "as authenticated by courts of revision on the assessment rolls" and substituting "as contained in the revised assessment rolls".
