B.C. Reg. 90/2004, deposited March 12, 2004, pursuant to the MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3), 2003 [Section 65]. Order in Council 237/2004, approved and ordered March 11, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the following provisions of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 3), 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 96, are brought into force by this regulation:

(a) sections 28 to 36;

(b) section 57, insofar as it repeals "Health Care and Care Facility Review Board" from the Schedule to the Public Sector Employers Act;

(c) section 59.
