I, W. Alan Clark, Registrar of Mortgage Brokers order that, effective June 1, 2004, the Mortgage Brokers Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 100/73, are amended in Form 1, Application for Registration as a Mortgage Broker, by striking out numbered provision 20 and substituting the following:

20 The regulations require mortgage brokers to file with their applications for registration financial reports in a form satisfactory to the registrar.
