The British Columbia Securities Commission orders that

1 Effective March 30, 2004, National Instrument 62-102 Disclosure of Outstanding Share Data, B.C. Reg. 82/2000, is amended by adding the following section:

3.2 Exemption for Years Beginning January 1, 2004 — This Instrument does not apply to financial years beginning on or after January 1, 2004.

2 Effective March 30, 2004, National Instrument 62-103 The Early Warning System and Related Take-over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues, B.C. Reg. 83/2000, is amended

(a) in section 1.1 (1) by repealing paragraph (g) of the definition of "applicable provisions", and

(b) in section 2.1 (1) by adding "or section 5.4 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations," after "section 2.1 of National Instrument 62-102 Disclosure of Outstanding Share Data".

3 Effective May 19, 2005, National Instrument 62-102 Disclosure of Outstanding Share Data, BC Reg. 82/2000, is repealed.
