B.C. Reg. 121/2004, deposited March 26, 2004, pursuant to the PACIFIC NATIONAL EXHIBITION ENABLING AND VALIDATING ACT [Section 12 (3)] and the ACCOUNTANTS (CHARTERED) AMENDMENT ACT, 2003 [Section 20]. Order in Council 299/2004, approved and ordered March 25, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective March 29, 2004, the following provisions are brought into force by this regulation:

(a) section 7 (c) of the Pacific National Exhibition Enabling and Validating Act, S.B.C. 2003, c. 76;

(b) section 19 of the Accountants (Chartered) Amendment Act, 2003, S.B.C. 2003, c. 67.
