B.C. Reg. 126/2004, deposited March 26, 2004, pursuant to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT [Section 799]. Order in Council 287/2004, approved and ordered March 25, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C. Reg. 65/90, the Capital Regional District Regulation, is amended by adding the following section:

Emergency Program Act

13. The Capital Regional District is granted the same power that a municipality has as a local authority under the Emergency Program Act.
