On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2004, the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/91, is amended in section 4 (c) of the Schedule by striking out "A single fee for processing medical examinations is charged upon issuance of a driver's licence as follows:" and substituting "The fee for processing medical examinations on issuance of a driver's licence, if the driver's licence is not or will not be used exclusively by the driver for unpaid, volunteer purposes, is as follows:".
