On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Health Care Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 427/94, is amended in section 2, in the list of employers designated for the purposes of paragraph (f) of the definition of "public sector employer" in the Act, by adding the "Abbotsford Hospital and Cancer Centre Inc.".
