On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Social Services Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 84/2003, is amended in section 2, in the list of employers designated for the purposes of paragraph (g) of the definition of "public sector employer" in the Act

(a) by striking out the following:

Community Connections Support Services;
Fufoc Program Services Inc.;
Hansen's Developmental Care Corp.;
Nanaimo Association for Mentally Handicapped People;
Salvation Army — Stevenson House and

(b) by adding the following:

Clay Tree Society for People with Developmental Disabilities;
Future Focus Program Services Inc. .
