B.C. Reg. 138/2004, deposited March 26, 2004, pursuant to the SCHOOL ACT [Sections 5 and 175]. Order in Council 294/2004, approved and ordered March 25, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the School Regulation, B.C. Reg. 265/89, is amended as follows:

1 Section 5 is amended

(a) in subsection (1) by striking out "An administrative officer" and substituting "A principal, vice principal or director of instruction", and

(b) in subsection (2) by striking out "an administrative officer" and substituting "a principal, vice principal or director of instruction".

2 Section 6 is amended

(a) in subsection (3) by striking out "an administrative officer and shall deliver a copy of that report to the teacher or administrative officer" and substituting "a principal, vice principal or director of instruction and must deliver a copy of that report to the teacher, principal, vice principal or director of instruction", and

(b) in subsection (4) by striking out "an administrative officer and deliver a copy of the report to the college and to the teacher or administrative officer" and substituting "a principal, vice principal or director of instruction and deliver a copy of the report to the college, principal, vice principal or director of instruction".
