B.C. Reg. 142/2004, deposited March 26, 2004, pursuant to the WILDLIFE ACT [Section 108]. Order in Council 331/2004, approved and ordered March 25, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 1, 2004, section 16 of the Permit Regulation, B.C. Reg. 253/2000, is amended by adding the following subsection:

(8) It is a term of every permit issued under section 70 (1) (a) of the Act that, within 30 days after the hunt authorized by the permit is concluded, the permit holder must submit royalties to the director for each animal taken by a non-resident or non-resident alien under the permit, in the amount provided in Schedule 1.06 of the Wildlife Act Commercial Activities Regulation.
