B.C. Reg. 143/2004, deposited March 26, 2004, pursuant to the COASTAL FERRY ACT [Sections 30 and 76]. Order in Council 326/2004, approved and ordered March 25, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that Schedule A to the Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 109/2003, is amended by repealing the pages referred to in Column 1 of the following table and substituting the attached pages referred to in Column 2:

— K. FALCON, Minister of Transportation; G. COLLINS, Presiding Member of the Executive Council.

Pursuant to section 6 of the Regulations Act, I hereby exempt from publication the pages attached to B.C. Reg. 143/2004 amending the schedules to the Designation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 109/2003.
