On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Waste Management Permit Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 299/92, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix
1 Section 2 of the Waste Management Permit Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 299/92, is repealed and the following substituted:
2 (1) A person applying for a permit and a permit holder applying for an amendment to a permit must pay an application fee of $200 at the time the application is submitted.
(2) An application fee is not refundable by reason only that the permit or amendment is refused.
2 Sections 3 (3) and 4 (3) are amended by striking out "for the applicable period in Column 2 shown" and substituting "for the applicable payment date as set out in Column 2".
3 Section 4 (1) is amended by striking out "the prescribed fee," and substituting "the fee calculated in accordance with subsections (2) and (3)."
4 Section 5 (1) (b) is repealed and the following substituted:
(b) the permit or approval is for the discharge of refuse and is held by a municipality for which the minister had approved a solid waste plan, or .
5 Section 6 is repealed.
6 Schedules A, B, C, and D are repealed and the attached Schedules A, B, C and D are substituted:
