B.C. Reg. 150/2004, deposited March 30, 2004, pursuant to the WASTE MANAGEMENT ACT [Sections 52 and 57]. Order in Council 338/2004, approved and ordered March 29, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 2 (8) of the Wood Residue Burner and Incinerator Regulation, B.C. Reg. 519/95, is amended

(a) by striking out ", or Schedule 3,",

(b) in paragraph (d) by striking out "December 31, 2004" and substituting "June 30, 2005", and

(c) by striking out everything after paragraph (d) and substituting the following:

and the fee payable per tonne of discharged total particulate by all other burner facility operators to operate a beehive burner or unmodified silo burner is

(e) $16.30 for the period January 1, 2001 to June 30, 2005, and

(f) $24.21 commencing July 1, 2005.
