I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that B.C. Reg. 119/2004 is amended by repealing section 1 and substituting the following section 1:

"1. B.C. Regs. 182/89, 8/97, 9/97, 353/97, 143/2001, 54/2002, 8/58, 97/86, 205/95, 168/2000, 184/2000, 183/2000, 109/2001 and 249/91, are rescinded; and,"
