I, Murray Coell, Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services, make, effective April 1, 2004, the following regulation:

BOILER CODE ADOPTION REGULATION

Parts of Code adopted

1 For the purposes of section 88 (2) (s) of the Safety Standards Act, Parts I, III and V of the Boiler Code, adopted by B.C. Reg. 45/91, are adopted.
