I, Harvey Sasaki, Assistant Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries and Director appointed for the purposes of the Act, order that the following pound districts are disestablished and their regulations repealed:

Ewings Landing — established by B.C. Reg. 140/61 and amended by B.C.  Reg.  76/62

Bouchie Lake — established by B.C. Reg. 217/69

Nukko Lake — established by B.C. Reg. 123/62

Casino Road — established by B.C. Reg. 120/68

Hagensborg — established by B.C. Reg. 475/82

Naramata — established by B.C. Reg. 514/82

Pineview-Tabor Creek — established by B.C. Reg.  238/69 and amended by B.C. Reg. 611/75

Salmon Valley — established by B.C. Reg. 56/83

Reid Lake — established by B.C. Reg. 94/58

Revelstoke (Highway 23) — established by B.C. Reg. 117/86

South Hazelton — established by B.C. Reg. 88/65

South Malaspina — established by B.C. Reg. 467/82
