I, Murray Coell, Minister of Community, Aboriginal and Women's Services, order that, effective May 1, 2004,

(a) the British Columbia Building Code Regulation, B.C. Reg. 295/98, is amended as set out in the following table:

Tables 2.7.3.2. and A-2.7.3.2. of the British Columbia Building Code are amended as follows:

and

(b) this order does not affect construction authorized by a valid building permit described in Part 3, Division 8 of the Community Charter that was issued prior to May 1, 2004.
