B.C. Reg. 167/2004, deposited April 16, 2004, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22] and the COAL ACT [Section 26]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated April 15, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

1. A reserve is established for minerals and placer minerals over the following lands listed in Schedule A:

All those parcels or tracts of land together with all that foreshore or lands covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketches.

2. A free miner must not locate or record a mineral or placer claim in the reserve established by section 1.

3. B.C. Reg. 26/95 is amended in Schedule A by repealing the sketch for:

TWO SPRINGS
    Lillooet and Kamloops Mining Divisions
    Lillooet and Kamloops Division of Yale Land Districts,

and replacing it with the sketch attached to this regulation.

4. The areas listed in sections 1 and 3 are established as a coal land reserve.
