B.C. Reg. 174/2004, deposited April 22, 2004, pursuant to the FOREST ACT [Section 169]. Order in Council 397/2004, approved and ordered April 21, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that B.C. Reg. 195/2002, designating the Yale Designated Area under section 169 of the Forest Act, is amended by striking out "for a period of two years" and substituting "and the designation ceases on January 1, 2006".
