B.C. Reg. 177/2004, deposited April 22, 2004, pursuant to the PARK ACT [Section 29]. Order in Council 409/2004, approved and ordered April 21, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Park and Recreation Area Regulation, B.C. Reg. 180/90, is amended according to the attached Schedule.

Schedule

1 The Park and Recreation Area Regulation, B.C. Reg. 180/90, is amended by repealing section 52 (1) and substituting the following:

(1) The fee for a senior during the shoulder season for the use of a frontcountry campsite is calculated at one half of the applicable frontcountry camping fee listed in the Appendix of Fees in Schedule C.

2 Schedule C is amended in section 2

(a) by repealing subsection (1) and substituting the following:

(1) The fee for a Recreation Stewardship Annual Pass, which allows for its duration free parking

(a) for a vehicle other than a bus in the frontcountry, is $50, and

(b) for a bus in the frontcountry is $50 until December 31, 2004.

(1.1) Commencing January 1, 2005, the fee for a Bus Annual Pass, which allows for its duration unlimited parking for a bus in the frontcountry, is $250.

(1.2) Commencing April 1, 2005, the fee for a bus other than a school bus to park at Mount Robson Provincial Park or frontcountry where vehicle parking fees are collected is $25 a day if that bus does not display a Bus Annual Pass. , and

(b) in subsection (2) by adding the following to the list of parks:

3 Schedule C is amended in the Appendix of Fees

(a) by deleting the following:

BUGABOO — cabin  $15.00/person/night
BUGABOO — cabin  $30.00/family/night
KHUTZEYMATEEN — backcountry camping  $5.00/person/night
LIARD RIVER HOTSPRINGS — frontcountry camping — Sept 1 to Apr 30  $10.00/party/night
SPATSIZI PLATEAU WILDERNESS — cabin  $10.00/person/night
TWEEDSMUIR (NORTH) — use of portage equipment  $25.00/vessel , and

(b) by adding the following:

DIANA LAKE — frontcountry camping  $14.00/party/night
KHUTZEYMATEEN — backcountry camping  $15.00/person/night
LIARD RIVER HOT SPRINGS — frontcountry camping — the day after Thanksgiving day to Apr 30  $14.00/party/night
MAQUINNA MARINE — day use area visit  $3.00/person/day
ROSS LAKE — frontcountry camping  $14.00/party/night
SPATSIZI PLATEAU WILDERNESS — cabin  $20.00/person/night
SPATSIZI PLATEAU WILDERNESS — cabin  $35.00/family/night
TATSHENSHINI-ALSEK — river rafting trip (Dry Bay takeout) — July 6 to Aug 30  $125.00/person/trip
TATSHENSHINI-ALSEK — river rafting trip (Dry Bay takeout) — Aug 31 to July 5  $100.00/person/trip
TATSHENSHINI-ALSEK — river rafting trip (other than Dry Bay takeout)  $25.00/person/day
