On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Prescribed Entity Regulation, B.C. Reg. 64/99, is amended by adding the following section:

Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority

3 The Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority established under the Greater Vancouver Transportation Authority Act is a prescribed entity for the purpose of the definition of "entity" in section 1 of the Police Act.
