B.C. Reg. 181/2004, deposited April 27, 2004, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [Section 22]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated April 22, 2004.

I, Gerald German, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that

1. A reserve is established for placer minerals over the following lands in the Victoria Mining Division, Renfrew Land District until May 31, 2004:

All that parcel or tract of land together with all that foreshore or land covered by water as shown outlined and shaded on the attached sketch.

2. A free miner must not locate or record a placer claim in the reserve established by section 1.

3. Despite section 1, Xavier Kaza Kopin, free miner, may locate, or a free miner may locate for Xavier Kaza Kopin, placer claims in the area named in section 1 until May 31, 2004.
