On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that section 3 of the Oil and Gas Commission Levy Regulation, B.C. Reg. 363/98, is amended

(a) in paragraph (a) by striking out "$0.46" and substituting "$0.64", and

(b) in paragraph (b) by striking out "$0.23" and substituting "$0.32".
